HOME  INSPECTIONS

Committed to Excellence

I have over 22 years of full time construction experience, in new construction and remodeling.  Trust my experience; if their is a deficiency I'll find it.  I'm also happy to recommend cost effective methods to resolve deficiencies at no additional costs.

Are you selling your home?  It can be a difficult and long process. You want every advantage in marketing your home to prospective buyers. The best way to show that your home is a good investment is to have me perform a Move-In Certified™ Seller’s Home Inspection. As an InterNACHI-certified inspector, I will thoroughly inspect your home and generate a report, just as I would for a buyer’s inspection. The difference is that, as a seller, you can complete repairs and improvements before you show or even list your home.  A seller’s inspection helps you justify your asking price, and can help avert any last-minute re-negotiations on price or condition.  A seller’s inspection may convince a buyer to waive his own inspection.  And a
Move-In Certified™ sign on your front lawn advertises that your home has been pre-inspected, which will help drive traffic to your home for sale.  Of course, I’d be happy to perform an inspection for the new home you’re buying – just give me a call.

Do you know anyone who might be in need of my inspection services?  Whether it’s for my
Ready-for-Winter Inspection, a home buyer’s or a Move-In Certified™ seller’s inspection, or any of the ancillary inspections I offer, I can assist your friends and neighbors with an evaluation of their homes to help them prepare for the weather, assess specific conditions and areas of concern, sell their home or buy a new one.  I would greatly appreciate it if you would tell them about me, or tell me about them.
